Episode 11 - IMCdA Race Report Published

Our latest podcast is out! Enjoy the show, if you can...it's a bit on the - boring - side, if you ask me, but there are some funny parts in there. Like when we talk about poop.

Nice. Scatalogical humor. Regular Jonathan Swift, you are.

sometimes if you use the "podbean" mp3 player (on the right of my blog, for instance) you have to stop and start it to get it to play right. If that doesn't work, well, I don't know what to do!

I especially loved the part where you realized halfway through the run your shirt was on backwards

I am sad to hear you may not be going to IM FL though...who is going to help cheer for Lana???

Bigun...GREAT news. I would be so sad if no IM FL 08. Maybe we can sign up for IMFL one day...(well, when I learn to swim...and bike faster than 11mph! ha..I'd be the girl walking her bike).

See you in Nov.

Hey Dude - You're going to be sorry that you goaded me into getting a HRM and aero helmet. Did Pirates Cove Olympic today w/ HRM and aero helmet in 2:07:13. Okay, it may have been a little short but perceived effort on the bike was 20 mph and the speedo said 25 mph. Avg HR ~ 162 BPM. I should be even faster when I tape up the vents. LOL :^)
